Back to beginning running.

Well, really jogging. I started 01/01, and stuck with it about a month. Then, I tore my hamstring, not very badly but enough I couldn't run at all.

Did a 30 minute distance trial at my AT this morning, 2.32 miles, not very impressive, but I was happy with it. I did have to slow down to a walk twice for 1-2 minutes each time to stop my heart rate from going more than 10 beats over AT.

I was happy with the results and so was my PT.

Think of it in a "glass half full" kind of way... You were only 3/4 of a mile away from running a 5K! I'm proud of you!
