For some reason, studying lifts the depression a little AND calms the anxiety. My brain is never happier than when I'm focused that way. I understand about your wife feeling left out or neglected. When I went back to school, my husband didn't know what to do with himself because every minute of my time was scheduled.

I'd do anything to get into a master's program in psych but the money is just not there. Unless I win the lottery, I'm going to be stuck studying on my own but there it is.

My brains sucks in all the knowledge, I am a sponge. The problem? I have to keep being a sponge to keep all the stuff I've learned into my head.
