After using this for about a week I'm comfortable recommending it here on DU.

Actually it's free and they don't pester you to subscribe. I think I saw a donation link once.
I downloaded it to work on meditation (something I've struggled with every time I try it) but it is in fact much more than guided meditation, and particularly suited to those of us with mental issues IMO.
It also dovetails well with the "Science of Well-Being" course I'm taking, which I mentioned in a previous post (thanks again, SheltieLover!)

(2,096 posts)I will seldom that, but I did since it was recommended here, but after I did I saw some verbiage that implied I didn't have to if I didn't want to, and thought I might have missed an option to continue without registering.
