And the thing is, when I DO get things done that need to be done, in a timely manner, I feel so good.
I think the problem is there is so much that needs doing, I just feel overwhelmed and shut down.
If only the people who always promise to pitch in and help would do so. And if only I didn't worry about people starting to view me as a burden for asking for help. BIG anxiety trigger.
