we've survived the move with the least amount of blood shed possible. i'm wrapping up the cleaning at the old place today and then we're done with this shithole.

my husband is happier than i've seen him in a long time. we spent yesterday with the friend who introduced us and she said the same thing. this apartment was killing us and he's thrilled with the new one. we have more room, more light and a real kitchen, i'm loving it, too. i feel like i have my husband back and it's a huge load off my shoulders. hell, even the cats seem happier.

haven't gotten internet set up at the new place, i'm on my ipod using the wirelesshere. it's making me a bit crazy but we've manages to keep ourselves entertained. will touch base again when we're more settled and wired up again.

hope everyone is well

it's shocking what a bit of livable space will do. we have just a few more boxes to unpack and then we're all settled. easiest move we've had.
