The Body Keeps the Score it was a good read and explained a lot of what I was going through.

I went through extensive testing of all my systems to find our what was causing my dizziness and feeling of floating when I was walking. All tests came out negative and healthy. After a 3 day walking EEG, the conclusion of the neurologist and my therapist and my PCP was that I was experiencing psychosomatic issues. I have PTDS and childhood trauma and abandonment issues and panic disorder....Fun!

Now when I have symptoms I reflect on whether they are emotionally triggered.
