Feeling a bit better

I deleted my long, rambling post I wrote while stressed out. The drinking has stopped for now.

I reached out to my cousin and told her I'm grateful she's in my life. She said she's very busy at work. I'd like more interaction from her, but I'm glad I reached out.

I warily reached out to my money-poormouthing sister. As always, she's not doing well. She started in again with "life is what you make it" etc platitudinal lecturing. So I said yup and am not responding further since I don't want a dumpster fire lecturing me on anything.

I'm sorry if my posts are over-the-top. I've also reached out on reddit and have a FB friend I'm talking to. Still fearful of being homeless and of the future.

I felt like my posts are heavy duty and a lot of people don't even know how to respond to them. My last one I felt so alone and stressed and ignored.

... if responses are all you need, post cat videos. But I think you're better than that.

Struggling with almost-paralyzing anxiety. Trying to figure out how to proceed with the expensive tmj work. Dealing with my SO's addictions and health. Today, the cat didn't eat his gaba and went so nuts at the vet we could hear him screaming in the waiting room and his nails couldnt be clipped
