These fucking brain zaps are driving me up a wall. Recently got some meds reduced.
The zaps are relentless sometimes rapid fire ones that feel more intense whoosh spin flash zap woozy ..
It has been happening now started earlier tonight the zaps happen like 7 to 10 mins apart from the last zap .
Getting ready for bed soon and I hope I fall asleep despite them

Mostly when I am in bright sunshine. Didn't know that others had them, or that they even had a name.

never got there because I just went back on med. Its annoying as heck. I think a long range slow taper might help, but havent tried it.
Hope it gets better.

Slower moving reduces the number and duration.
