Brain zap happy

These fucking brain zaps are driving me up a wall. Recently got some meds reduced.

The zaps are relentless sometimes rapid fire ones that feel more intense whoosh spin flash zap woozy ..

It has been happening now started earlier tonight the zaps happen like 7 to 10 mins apart from the last zap .

Getting ready for bed soon and I hope I fall asleep despite them

I had to go off a med, so hard to explain the discomfort to others. I was still on Facebook and found a group that understood the zapping. Try to go off in small increments is the advice that helped me. I am much better off not on the med, so hope you are too.
