Well, I managed to get out of bed this morning. No choice, actually. The kidcats were HUNGRY

Yesterday my frustration about my med eval being pushed back by 2 months absolutely red lined so I grabbed my chain saw and went haywire on a Corkscrew Willow and Trumpet Vine that are hanging over my fence line, from my neighbor's yard. Probably wasn't the smartest thing to do while going through an anxiety crisis, but I was so angry that I just wanted to DESTROY SOMETHING and that seemed the most responsible target. Guess that frustration kind of prioritized itself over everything else.

Today I'll push myself to stay busy so I can focus on something other than my current anxiety 'crisis' situation because yesterday was awful. The weather forecast shows some nasty hot weather headed out way, starting Saturday so I should get as much yard work done as possible.

To top all of this off, as of Saturday my entire 'support system' of people will be out of town, all at the same time. Some just for a week but my brother is driving to California to see and help out some friends so I'm going to have that to worry about, too. He promised he will be back by July 11 so we can celebrate what ever penalty the judge hands out to the convicted felon. I'm guessing we will both be disappointed.

Tomorrow I see my therapist. I'm counting the hours.

They got you out of bed. You should probably give them a special treat. Take it easy, let those kitties guide you. They care.

I just had to get out of the house, and I can usually find some great stuff on their clearance shelf. I ended up buying a whole lot of really top quality pouched food at a great price, plus treats. They do love their treats.

My new phone won't load my phone number. Husband wants me to go out and get milk. I need more coffee. My sewing room is calling me. I need a hair cut. And, did I mention I'm still sitting on my bed? I know I'm absolutely no help to you at all.
Pet the kitties . Hugs to you. Smile. .

So glad you were able to get out and get the kidcats some goodies. I know they are doing their best to look after you.

It went something like:

I put my pants on in the morning just like everyone else - reluctantly.

It fits.

What better reason to get up though. My wife and I often play the I'm asleep game to see if the other will get up first. Usually the bathroom wins.

I hope today is easier on you. The kitties are good company, embrace that, but go get your gardening done and stay cool.

I wasn't paying much attention this week, since Sunday when one of my immediate neighbors pulled a gun on another immediate neighbor, she had to walk across the parking area/driveway to do it too. Anyway, it made me take a look at the heavens and what did I see? Pluto and Mars having an argument, we're all overly tense right now, so go easy on yourself and put one foot in front of the other and you'll be able to get beyond this point... let the kitties help.
