Well, as the festive season is ever closer

Im kinda looking forward to it. Instead of the usual dread each year.
BAH! HUMBUG!

The last nine months have been a rollercoaster ride for my mental health.
Due to some unforseen circumstances, some, beyond my control, I am going
to enjoy the journey to new beginnings in my life.

I am receiving professional help to manage my anxiety, which has been so severe
that has impacted my quality of life for months now.

I have a few really good friends who have been supporting me through this.
They genuinely care for me and continue to give me reality checks of which
I am eternally grateful for their love and kindness.

I have been able to resume my studies at a slow steady pace.

Hopefully this will lead to a good future and lead me into the career of my dreams.

I think it is important to put forth an effort to do things that give positive energy. I know I for one have had more than enough gloom and doom this year. August and September, two of the worst months of my life. That doesn't mean December can't be great.

And yes, I am trying to radically change my life for the better, too. And I am really enjoying it.
