anyone else have weather-related triggers?

the wind is raging outside today and it's ratcheting up my anxiety levels. the wind has long unsettled me and i really can't say why.

the trees got really battered by some early, heavy snows and a couple of big branches have hit the roof already, making me and the cat jump out of our chairs.

and, of course, my velcro kitty is not interested in sitting with me right now

I get the blues more often in the winter and I start feeling elation when the weather warms in the spring and the snow and freezing days are gone. I'd rather live some place where it's warm year round.

Horses have the same reaction because they are
extremely sensitive, as are many of us here in this forum.
