It's been discussed here in the past and I think it's an important issue in mental health. Sexual abuse of any kind can cause a variety of mental illnesses. We are also very supportive here.

One thing, though. I think it's important not to give away too much in the way of identifying information, especially when talking about this issue, unless there is no chance that it could hurt you now.
