Well, MI or not, I have mad culinary skills.

I defy anyone to tell me otherwise:

Stuffed peppers, a beef pot roast with parsnips, carrots, celery, onions, and a pan of baked pasta with turkey Italian sausage, peppers, and spinach.

Thai hot and sour soup.

Quinoa risotto with wild mushrooms, Parmesan, and toasted black walnuts.

The oven photo was just taken - dinners for the upcoming week.

I still have some extremely thin-cut beef steaks to put into a marinade for late-week, gonna leave them overnight then pop into the freezer.
