Related: About this forumit's been a long week and i'm starting to wear down
my boss has been sick all week, so i've been pulling double duty. i'm short on sleep and haven't been feeding myself properly since i've been so busy and stressed out.
my cat isn't feeling well, so i got up at 830 this morning to see if they could squeeze me in before work, but no dice. taking her in tomorrow afternoon.
i have to go into work today for a special project and i'm rolling along on a pretty decent anxiety attack. i don't want to take an ativan because i'm so wiped out and don't want to be a zombie since the project involves talking with a client. i should feed myself, but my stomach is too upset.
i feel near tears and no where like being able to handle today. i know i will, though, i just have to remember to breathe.

(24,146 posts)the thing i needed to do today got cancelled, so i'm feeling a bit better, still stressed out. i'm going to grab a bite while i'm running errands.

(6,581 posts)Just remember, you're smart, competent, and will get through it . At least make the time to eat, if its just picking up some protein bars for portable energy.

(24,146 posts)try and try as i might, i always put it off. i try to keep protein drinks at work, but haven't been able to get to the store this week.
