(37,468 posts)1- I don't mean to sound insensitive, but we're not equipped, so to speak, to provide emergency help. If you are thinking of suicide, please call your doctor or nurse practitioner, etc immediately. If nothing else, call this number:
1 (800) 273-8255
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
Hours: 24 hours, 7 days a week
Languages: English, Spanish
Website: http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org
2- Again, I don't mean to sound insensitive, but we can't provide real counseling. If you need help finding a counselor, therapist, or psychiatrist, please ask.
Ok, now that I got those caveats out of the way, how can we help you ?
Get help if you need it, we aren't set up to do that.

I like your user name. That in itself tells me a little something. It's hard to get much from your post as we aren't familiar with you. The two things I get are that you are currently in a really bad spot, and that you are looking to be in a better spot. I came to that conclusion from the 2 and then your username. I think choosing that as your name needs to be recognized as very positive. Don't stop searching for peace.
If I might be so bold as to make a recommendation. Introduce yourself a little bit. It can be really difficult but the people posting regularly in this group are the best du has too offer. I myself have only posted a couple of times here. If you feel a little too reserved to have your own post sitting on top of the page, introduce yourself as a reply to this op. The people here will respect that.
So, twelve hours after your post can you tell us how you are doing? Share as little or as much as you want while keeping your identity(name) to yourself. As the poster above said, this site is not equipped for emergency care. I read your other post before it was deleted and see you do get professional care. Just like many of us who receive professional care, we still seek out communities that will better understand us. I hope this can turn into that community for you.
Welcome to du. How are you today?

(37,468 posts)We are very supportive here, within our limitations. Since you are brand new to us, I felt I had to tell you about our limitations. You'll get tons of support here and maybe some good information.

(27 posts)Thank you for the welcome.
I feel everything so deeply and sensitively it hurts. I have issues with mood instability and anxiety. I see a psychiatrist and speak to a therapist twice a month since 2012 (for the most part). Medication helps, but can only do so much. Therapy has helped and I have made much progress but have been stuck. I feel angry, agitated and ready to cry and throw a punch simultaneously on a moments notice.
I am looking for additional outlets. My moods are hurting my loved ones. I am an energy vampire, and I have stolen every ounce from my loved ones.
Thanks for listening- Annette
