Does anyone have a recommendation for a light box?

It's been very, very dark here for a whole week and I must get one. I swear, it feels like someone is drugging me with downers because there is no energy and I'm sleepy all day. Argh.

still sell them, but I really liked having them on either side of my face (you aren't supposed to look directly into them, after all)... Really good deal and they helped a lot. THis year has been so bright and sunny that I haven't really needed one. But, I also have a really great re-chargable travel unit that I love (a little pricey but with LED lights this one is probably going to last):

If you decide on this one, do a google search under the model as I found the one with the universal (overseas) travel adaptor much cheaper elsewhere. I think it was at a health/medical supply company.

The order is going in this afternoon because this darkness is now unmanageable.

I am sitting in front of it right now. A little more pricey but worth every penny. I think I paid about $160 for it.

I sit in front of it 30-45 minutes every morning while I am drinking coffee and waking up, and sometimes again in the evening.

It increases my alertness during waking hours and also provides a moderate mood boost.

Vitamin D supplements helped a ton, too.

I want to break out into a show tune or announce I'm coming out with my hands up.
