Pro-Choice
Related: About this forumWhen you have a good friend who has had an abortion.
You realize how important this issue is.
I could bore you with details but I won't.
I know I am "preaching to the choir!"

(27,835 posts)It's nothing I am ashamed of.
It is a choice I made - and have never regretted.
My only regret attached to this issue is that women are still being told that choice is not theirs to make.

(4,309 posts)I get so sick of all of this "pro-life" propaganda.
I really think people with no lives think they have to run (or ruin) other people's lives to be happy. That must suck.
Peace, NanceGreggs, and enjoy what is left of this weekend!

(14,177 posts)I won't bore anyone with the details either. Cuz doesn't matter. It's a right and it's an important one to protect.
No one has the right to tell anyone what they can do to their own body. Period

(2,688 posts)that had an abortion before I met her. She told me that her best friend said she (my girlfriend) was going to hell for getting an abortion. WTF? I asked her, "and you're still friends?" She said she was because she agreed with her friend. This time it was, WTF!!!??? Are you serious? "Yes I am," she said, "because I'm Catholic."
Oh, how wonderful to be religious and brain washed.
That is very sad.
