Is forced pregnancy nothing more than human sacrifice?

Are women who die due to forced pregnancy nothing more than human sacrifices to a particular version of god in certain brands of Christianity? My wife asked me this, and honestly, I think it's a good question. And I think the answer is yes. Women who die due to these anti-abortion laws are nothing more than human sacrifices to appease a god.

Their will becomes God's will.
When you have evil intent, and want to put an official stamp of approval on your evil, nothing beats the "it's God's will" declaration.
That way you can do anything you want to anybody you want, and it's all good; you no longer bear any responsibility for the evil shit you do.

It makes them slaves to the zygote/fetus. It gives a non-breathing, potential being more rights than the breathing being already living on the planet.

When you put life in a hierarchy & say one life has more value than another life, all those sanctity of life arguments lose their validity. Life is a circle, not a hierarchy.

All of this mess is so busy body, self-righteous, hypocrites can feel good about themselves. A dead and maimed woman means nothing to them because it is about their egos and nothing more.

The people supporting this are the same people (individuals and institutions) who are working to cut benefits for mothers and children through the politicians they elect.
