Looking back over my 30 year addiction i 've forgotten why it was so hard to rid myself of the disgusting and expensive addiction, all i had to do was stop smoking, and for now its been 4 years i havent smoked another cigarette.
The 3 things that came together to get me to quit were extreme burning sensation in the mouth everytime i smoked a cigarette. shortness of breath was getting to be a problem and the clincher prices went over $10 a pack..
Now if only dieting to lose 100lbs could be so easy..

Hi oldhippydude,
Why only 9 years? You should be smokefree whole life. I don't want to mention any badness of smoking, because everybody knows that well. I will just request you not to smoke anymore.
Thanks
Stephen
