Ice cream!

I just mixed milk with chocolate-flavored protein powder and put it into an ice-cream maker. It tastes almost exactly like "real" chocolate ice cream, but half a cup comes to about 150 calories and 19 grams of protein. Yum.

low-fat yogurt, one egg white, 6 oz of water - all in a blender. Calories, protein, etc., vary with kind of yogurt one chooses. So does the flavor.

I remember ice cream.
