And still dropping.

I'm finally in the "overweight" category in the BMI tables rather than in the "Obese" or "Morbidly Obese" categories. Also, I'm now wearing regular rather than plus sizes. Happy dance!

in the closet. One stack of 38" waist, one of 36", and the 35" that I had to order are becoming loose. All the while keeping the weight almost constant.

The last time I was measured for body fat, I was down to a tad over 16%.

In March of 2011 I was 216 lbs.

Just 5 more lbs and I will be at my goal weight. Now I am really focused on toning up. just signed up for some personal one on Pilates training. had my first session yesterday and I am sore as hell. But as they say no pain, no gain.
