Need some help.

I am out of shape by about 80 pounds, doctor said I should get my calories down to around 1800. I am eating very healthy and have cut out soda completely. The problem is that I cant get up to 1800. For instance take today

Oatmeal-150
Turkey Burger-150
Whole Wheat Bread-180
Salad- 75
dress-120
Baked Chicken-110
Veggies-125
Brown Rice-150

I also drink 2 pure cranberry with seltzer a day, in addition to 8 glasses of water.

I can barely make 1200, much less 1800, and those are three very satisfying meals.

Try adding in a handful of almonds, or add pecans to your salad. Eat an avocado.

You can also add blueberries to your oatmeal, or add some shredded coconut to it.

Also, nuts have good oils in them and are high in calories. You have to eat some fat.

Good luck, and welcome to DU!

I don't think you're getting enough lean protein.
I think you need to add some fats as suggested upthread.
Some fruit would be satisfying too.

Your daily intake wouldn't be enough for me but then I have specific dietary needs and suffer from malnutrition (long story) if I don't eat a truck load of protein daily.

I have a hard time drinking cold water so I tend to drink a LOT of green tea and jasmine tea.

Try adding a few snacks in there and see if you can up your calories.

good luck and welcome to DU weightloss group.
