Just starting a diet

After so many times of saying I'll do it, I finally started a diet. I am trying a different approach. I live in South Korea and have had some experience with Korean Traditional Medicine in the past. My job is teaching at a university and this past term some of my students were from the Korean Traditional Medicine Department. I decided to try hanyak which is a herbal medicine that has a bit of a strange taste (it's not bad when it's cold, but at room temperature I wouldn't drink it). It requires pushing a lot of water as well. Trying to get out and walk more as well.
