I just got off a cruise ship a couple of days ago--an experience practically guaranteed to make you gain weight. This morning, I finally got up the nerve to weigh myself and I'm down a pound. Yay me!

The only diet thing I did was to load up on fruits and vegetables before I ate anything else.
