I'm in favor of anything that helps, and even trying something new even if it turns out not to help.

It automatically uploads my weight, body fat percentage, and BMI to their website, so I don't have to enter the info to track it. I love it.

But then I have always tracked my progress closely, so this just saves me the time of entering it myself, or remembering to enter it.
