Anyone here use FitBit?

If so, add me as a friend if you like. lisa0825 (at) gmail.com

I have had it since late August. I like it. It does motivate me to get more steps in. Today I was *this close* to being a bum today, but I didn't want to lower my average steps, so I got my butt up and went for a walk/run.

I also have the wifi enabled scale. I like that I don't have to manually track my weight. Now that FitBit is compatible with Sparkpeople, I can still track my food there since all my recipes are there.

I got the Flex, with no display but it syncs with your phone or computer.

I don't have the scale or the rest but I like having a goal and a way to track it.

Are you still using it?

I have been taking a break from weighing for a while, but still wear the Fitbit every day. I am certain that I walk farther and do more stairs when I wear it and pay attention to it than I would without it!
