Which DNA test to order?

I finally got my brother to agree to test his DNA so we can know what my father's DNA was. I have already had myself tested, but as a woman, I only got feedback on my mother's mtDNA haplogroup, which is V.

Which test is best now? I used Family Tree DNA & Ancestry, but since this is my one shot to get a good look at my paternal side's DNA, I want to get the test that has the most comprehensive results.
