What's for Dinner, Tues., Dec 13, 2022

Tortellini in Brodo, (prosciutto chicken, I think). Chopped basil on top.

Arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and toasted pignolis. Vinaigrette.

Bread pudding with chocolate swirls, which I brought home from yesterday's restaurant meal.

Basil blueberry kombucha.

When we have to drive into town to pick up groceries and run all our errands, I'm too tired to cook. We usually get takeout or a frozen pizza I can easily doctor.

I live alone, and so freezing portions is an important part of my cooking regime.

Yesterday I bought a round loaf of Italian bread already sliced, and so a buttered slice of that bread was also part of the meal.
