Arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and toasted pignolis. Vinaigrette.
Bread pudding with chocolate swirls, which I brought home from yesterday's restaurant meal.
Basil blueberry kombucha.

of groceries ... eggs were a deal 18 large eggs 4.30

(22,767 posts)When we have to drive into town to pick up groceries and run all our errands, I'm too tired to cook. We usually get takeout or a frozen pizza I can easily doctor.

Yesterday I bought a round loaf of Italian bread already sliced, and so a buttered slice of that bread was also part of the meal.
