Made an Asian shrimp dish yesterday, so I wanted quick & easy today.
With loyalty card, I got a head of lettuce for 88 cents!

I was going to cook broccoli rabe but Ms K wants squash. So squash it is!

It’s a raw rainy day so using the oven will perk up the boat’s cabin.

The First Mate made a terrific dish and I made a big Caesar salad. We had ice cream for desert which is a treat onboard.
