Pan-fried banana slices over toasted buttermilk waffle with cherry Greek yogurt and toasted almonds.

Pan-fried bananas are so good and easy, too. Melt butter, sprinkle in a little monkfruit sweetener (or sweetener of your choice), fry for a few minutes on each side. You can sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon over the top, although I did not do so this morning.
