I'm thinking about searing them and serving with a burre blanc pan sauce, whichever veggie is closest to the crisper drawer opening, and a Caesar salad.

and Rao's marinara. Caesar salad and garlic bread.

Maybe a little orange sherbet for dessert.

Place serves Northern Italian inspired cuisine! I'm thinking of ordering octopus!

It's about 3.5 lb and rubbed with Montreal Steak - God, it's almost ready and looks just beautiful in the roaster! We thicken up the juice in the pan.

Al had a large, late lunch w/ his daughter-in-law while he was out and about this afternoon. So I don't have to cook for him.

We’ve been stuck in Savannah for a week. We’re heading south tomorrow morning.

the closest I've seen are idli, which tend to be Southern Indian and most places here are Punjabi. They sound good,though!
