😊. I was up at 4:30 AM and had my coffee with egg sandwich and a piece of chocolate! Almost time for a second cup of coffee and cereal. Hope you have a nice day 🤤

Omlet with caramelized onions, trumpet mushrooms, lion's maine mushrooms and Berebere spice. Black Forest smoked bacon.

Kodiak buttermilk pancakes with blueberries and organic Kirkland maple syrup. Take care irisblue.

Topped with some sharp cheddar, on toast with homemade bread. I made the sausage, too.

As I was eating it, it occurred to me that there isn't a noncorporate name for a sausage patty sandwich with cheese on toast. If we have a beef patty with cheese, we call it a cheeseburger. Sausage mcmuffin isn't accurate.Breakfast sandwich is vague. Something to chew on
