He has his Bachelors in Culinary Arts...Did his first culinary internship at " Ojai Resort" north of Los Angeles and second internship in New York City at" Pe Se" under Thomas Keller..
Final internship was with Chef Francois de Melogue ...they went to France for a month....Francois is a close family friend...

(13,617 posts)I can always give Brett a " heads up" and you get the elite service from Brett....He married his culinary school girlfriend Dana...she is from Dubai .... she is now Front of the House and Brett the Executive Chef...both graduates of New England Culinary Institute.
Her family has moved to Edmonton from Dubai...
The Instagram pictures are so informative and current....His Valentine's Day Menu Special....sold out reservations.
