Were moored in Vero Beach and heading further south in the morning. Its been sunny and warm! Perfect for a dinner under a bright Moon.

I'm also going to use a springform pan like she did, but have to use bacon because I forgot to get ham. I'd personally put it off until I got some ham, but husband really wants me to make this; he even chose to forgo what he originally wanted for breakfast for a bowl of oatmeal since he wanted this for dinner and didn't want to eat too many eggs in a day.
Oops! ETA: serving with buttered whole baked sweet potato and Brussels sprouts.

(10,645 posts)with cauliflower. I've read about a British dish called "cauliflower cheese", which seems to be just cauliflower roasted with cheese, and decided to combine the two classics. Also added some red peppers for color.
