Asian noodle salad. Has thinly sliced red cabbage (used the mandoline), julienned carrots and radishes and made spicy peanut dressing.
Sesame orange chicken. It's crispy breaded chicken pieces and there's orange sauce to mix into it after it's been in the oven. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over it.
Superberry kombucha.
Dessert: (sigh) I bought a small bag of peanut butter cups. The idea was to have one while I tried out my new coffee. Well, the inverse happened. There is one left. There were only 8 in the bag, though.
Big salad of Romaine, sliced red onions, cherry tomato halves, slices of yellow and orange peppers, cucumber rings and almond slivers scattered on top. Top it all off with boiled jumbo shrimp and a sesame &ginger dressing. Chilled Chardonnay. Mixed berries for dessert.

(22,767 posts)I don't like tamales, but husband does, so I bought some frozen beef tamales and heated those up. He said they're pretty good. Served with enchilada sauce, Spanish rice and refried beans.
ETA: I'm having a couple pork eggrolls and cream cheese wontons with sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard.

Don't stress, enjoy the peanut butter cups! It's not like you eat a bag every day, right?
