What's for Dinner, Fri., Mar. 10, 2023

I'm having a casual Chinese buffet tonight because it's crime show night!

I'll get some scallion pancakes from the Chinese restaurant down the street but I'm making my own pork and vegetable dumplings (from frozen).

I made miso soup with tofu, spinach, and scallions.

I'd love to have some sesame noodles but I'm too lazy to make them. Maybe I'll get them from the restaurant, too.

Dessert: none. I'm doing penance from having too many chocolate peanut butter cups yesterday, although I looked at the package and saw I left two, not just one!

Fresh flounder almondine. Fried mini potatoes with butter and parsley. Steamed asparagus. Cookies and a movie.

I made a nice soy based broth, pressed tofu, some leftover meat, bok choi, lettuce, and green onions. All with rice noodles and a dollop of kimchi on top.
Warm and filling.

Best regards,
