Experimenting in the kitchen today

I had a can of tuna open, wanted to use it up, along with some other things that needed to used. I mixed the tuna with some Mozarella cheese, green onion, sweet onion, round crackers, garlic, spices, and ranch dressing to bind it. I made a couple of patties to test, it and sauteed in olive oil. Topped with slivers of raw green onion. The cheese got pretty melty, and they didn't bind well. But the mixture is tasty.

I'm going to do some out side work, and when I get back, I'll saute the rest of mix for dinner. Happy afternoon. Hope you have nice weather!

I'd probably have added sweet pickles/relish because I always do to tuna.
