(3,797 posts)Thank you, I love Italian food. My aunt married into an Italian family. The food at their home was always wonderful and the place smell so good. I saw several recipes in the collection that I haven't thought about in 45 years or more. I can now revisit them.

(15,012 posts)We have started to make our own pasta via attachment for the Kitchen Aid, and just hand rolling to make pici. There's nothing like homemade pasta!
