Love real Italian food, check this out.

I may have posted this before but for those who missed it or if this is new, the recipes are great and don't require exotic ingredients. I'm from an Italian family and recognize a lot of things I have forgotten how to make. I follow on Facebook with daily posts. Check out the page. You will want to sign up.

Thank you, I love Italian food. My aunt married into an Italian family. The food at their home was always wonderful and the place smell so good. I saw several recipes in the collection that I haven't thought about in 45 years or more. I can now revisit them.

Perfect timing. I just found two cans of artichoke hearts in my pantry that are pretty old.

We have started to make our own pasta via attachment for the Kitchen Aid, and just hand rolling to make pici. There's nothing like homemade pasta!
