Breakfast Saturday 1April 2023

Coffee & toast & ibuprofen at the minute, later some type of egg scramble.

Fun fact, not a prank, the Nat'l Weather Service issued a tornado warning today at 2am. Me & the cats levitated when the sound went off. Near as I can tell, things here are fine, but daylight will show more.

Lost power for three hours and tornado warnings everywhere. Waiting for daylight to see if we have any wind damage.

I just checked weather for my brother, who is in the Midwest, but nothing too bad for him.

He and his properties were so affected by tornadoes and floods two years ago that I had to babysit his cat while he got his properties and affairs in order.

buttered toast and coffee. Saw the weather on my home page and we're expecting afternoon hail storm and a gale warning. Yikes!

I made a fruit bowl of oranges, blackberries, and green grapes. Will have it with a little cottage cheese, agave swirl, and toasted almonds.

Toasted buttermilk waffle for some crunchiness.

Contacted my sister this morning. She said they were up and ready to head for the basement if they needed to.

Husband had yogurt, banana, and a sausage biscuit, coffee and water. I had a sausage biscuit, raspberry fig bar, coffee and water.
