What's for Dinner, Sat., April 1, 2023

I am ravenous and craving Italian.

I will pick up some meatballs and have flatbread pizza Margherita with meatballs and tomato sauce on the side.

Tossed green salad, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, red onion, and cucumber with Caesar dressing.

Worked four straight hours doing spring cleanup at the school gardens. Had a dozen volunteers and we plowed through the work: repairing raised beds, hauling concrete corner blocks, tearing out weeds, cleaning out the greenhouse, shed--so much done and it looks great.

Seared salmon with a hoisin glaze. Steamed broccoli and white rice.

Saki. Green tea.

Stir fried with onion, garlic, cajun spices and Worcestershire sauce
