made with leftover orange-glazed pork chops, a recipe from the NYTimes I do not recommend. Sounded good, but it made a huge mess and cleaning the frying pan afterwards was a challenge.

The leftovers were good, though, with a bit of Korean chile pepper added.

Chop it into small bits, saute with onions and whatever spices seem to fit, serve in heated tortillas with cheese or sour cream or lettuce or fresh tomatoes or cilantro. (That's OR, not XOR, for you logicians). It helps that we can get a huge stack of fresh tortillas from a local tortilleria and freeze them to use as needed.

Friday nights storm. Not bad for an old man, but boy am I hungry.

Wife made two homemade pizzas yesterday and looks like we'll be eating the second pizza tonight.

Used an Iowa-made quark cheese in the sauce, thinned with liquid from the vegetables and shrimp, and a little heavy cream. 'Twas pretty good!

Real chicken of the sea crab.
Stove top Corn bread stuffing mix.
Three eggs
Fried in butter in a cast iron skillet
Lemon wedges.
Expensive!
But delicious.
