Homemade chicken vindaloo.

Madras lentils over Basmati rice with cardamom pods.

Dahl and a small green salad.

Kingfisher beer and ice water.

Orange slices for dessert.

Making (ahem, attempting) to make homemade ravioli. Dough is resting right now. The filling and marinara sauce are finished too.

Tuna filet, lettuce, green beans, boiled little potatoes, Kalamata olives, hard cooked egg, pickled beets, cherry tomatoes, Dijon mustard vinaigrette, toast and iced tea.

They're boneless pork ribeye chops, and as the name implies, they're more marbled so they cook up more tender and juicy.

Not an elegant photo (sloppy plating, but I'm tired):
