What's for Dinner, Wed., April 26, 2023

Cannellinis with roasted pork.

Leafy green salad with yellow peppers, cucumber, celery and cherry tomatoes. Chipotle ranch dressing.

Prosciutto and salami bread with sundried tomatoes.

Dessert: blackberries over shortbread with whipped cream

I always buy a bigger pork roast than we need so I can have the left overs in a sandwich.
