broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with a splash of Italian dressing and black pepper along with heavily seeded and dense whole grain bread with Irish butter. Low sugar cran-raspberry juice.

I am contemplating a scrambled egg with a slice of prosciutto-salami bread with sundried tomatoes. Maybe a thin slice or two of ham would be good with that.
