HelloFresh Recipe: Chicken Fajita Bowls

To my fellow cooking enthusiasts:
I've been a regular subscriber to Hello Fresh meal kits for almost 2 years and I have a great collection of recipes to share with you. Hello Fresh is a company that ships meal ingredients to your home along with the cooking instructions. You get everything you need to make a great meal for 2, or 4, portions. Since I'm a single woman I usually have leftovers for another meal or two. But I'd like to share these recipes with you.

You can purchase your own ingredients (from the list) and you should have a success!

Here's the recipe instructions for Chicken Fajitas - serves 2 (or 4)

Or download the PDF instructions here: https://www.mediafire.com/file_premium/md7sky9k1kah767/Chicken_Fajita_Bowls.pdf/file

The instructions call for Southwest Spice Blend and here's how they make it:

This is a great informal Mexican-style meal and one of my favorites.

Let me know what you think.

spicy things would be. I'm an oral cancer survivor and even a strong vinegar or ketchup can cause my throat to blister. The joys of radiation treatments live on!

Obliviously, I can leave out the peppers. Thanks for posting.

I try to stay away from spicy foods myself.

Hello Fresh is careful to tell us when something is spice and we can just skip that step. Or only use the smallest amount of the spice under discussion. In this case the Chicken Fajitas aren't horribly spicy, but you can just skip the jalapeno pepper if your prefer.
