HelloFresh Recipe: Pub-Style Shepherd's Pie with Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Hi fellow cooking enthusiasts:
I'm sharing this awesome recipe for Pub-Style Shepherd's Pie with Cheddar Mashed Potatoes. I'm a regular subscriber to HelloFresh which is a company that ships all the ingredients to your home along with the instructions on how to make the dish. This one is one of my favorites! If you purchase your own ingredients you should be able to follow these instructions and make it too.

The kits are for 2 (or 4) portions so you might need to increase or decrease accordingly. Since I'm a single woman I usually have enough to at least one (sometimes 2), additional meals.
