Big Mac sloppy joes in the crockpot, for my fellas once they get home

1 pound ground beef
1 pound velveeta
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
3 tomatoes diced
1 onion diced
.5 cup thousand islands
.5 cup sweet relish
2 teaspoons white vinegar
After you brown ground beef toss everything in crockpot cook low for four hours.
I’m adding cup beef broth as I’ll let it go for at least 6 hours.

I had to learn how to cook at 9 because my dad was not a good cook at all and thought the whole thing was beneath him. If we wanted to eat, it had to be prepared by us so we learned how to cook, my brother and me that is.

My family always used the more savory recipe that was mostly tomato and Worcestershire.
This sounds like it might be that sweeter version
Sorry about the terminology! I don't know how to describe it.

But with the cream cheese and the relish, this might be what I'm remembering.
