Toasted, buttered English muffin, egg between OM and OH, sausage patty. I cooked two sausage patties, so will probably have the other one on wheat toast with butter and blackberry preserves. Or I might just feed it to the dog, who is moping and not eating her own food until she sees if there are any leftovers.

Made a new batch of yogurt yesterday, so he had that earlier. Going to make baked oatmeal with apples and raisins later today so he has that during the wee hours, as well.

ETA: Going to try this recipe:

What are OM and OH? OM might be over medium?

I was going to have a scrambled egg with kimchi but the plumber is on his way to fix some outdoor faucets, so I'll settle for a cold decaf. Cinnamon swirl toast. Apple half.

That way the yolk is still runny for flavor, but not so runny as to make a complete mess of a sandwich.

He honestly doesn't care if I accidentally break yolks when fixing him a regular plated breakfast, but I do. The only way I've ever eaten OH eggs is when my mom used to fix them when we were kids, and we put ketchup on them bc otherwise, no flavor. Oh, and McD's whole (rather than scrambled) eggs on their sandwiches, but they're not fried.
