Scored chicken thigh boneless fire up the crockpot

Like $10 for four pounds so I’m thinking over noodles or mash potatoes
20 ounce can cream mushroom soup $1.68
2 packets dried chicken gravy $1.80
32 ounces chicken broth $2.50

Maybe I should go back and score more thighs. I’m doing crockpot chicken parm tomorrow we hardly use the oven anymore.

There is usually a lot of tail wagging when we come downstairs in the morning.

These prepared foods just pile it on. I can't tolerate more than about 1500-1800mg per day.

2500 to 3000 makes me hyper. Sodium intake is important as we age.

And good salt that the body can process is sea salt, pink salt, mined flake (cold) salt.

As if you wanted a salt lecture on DU at this or any hour.

as much as i can. Crockpot is good, too. No sense running Air conditioning, then heating the house with the oven! Like paying a thief to rob your house!
